I've been that for 20 years The secret of improvisation

Dance became my favorite tool.
I have been dancing and teaching contact improvisation and improvising dance theater for over 20 years and I am still amazed and amazed by the endless facets and possibilities of these dance forms. For me a direct path to an authentic presence. Confrontational, playful, powerful and light, they also lure us into the here and now.
