Good to know before registering
Thank you for your interest in our dance festival!
At this point we ask you for your attention to our conditions of participation.
Photos and videos
During the dance festival, photos and videos may be taken from time to time, which are used for documentation and advertising.
If you do not want publication, you can Talk to us on site and before the workshop begins.
Otherwise, private photography and filming is not permitted!
1. The binding registration

If you register early, you will receive a reduced fee:
Early bird if you register by December 16, 2019: € 65 => for a maximum of 30 seats!
Normal-Bird (regular participation fee without discount) from December 17, 2019: € 85
NEW: CELEBRATION light evening tariff 7 p.m. - 10 p.m .: € 20 (discount on request)
Resignation:
In the first 14 days after receipt of your registration, you can withdraw at any time with a written notification and you will receive your full participation fee again.
Should you resign later ...
- and find a replacement, we will withhold a processing fee of € 15.
- If you cannot find a replacement, we will keep a partial amount:
From 2 weeks before the dance festival: 50% of the regular participation fee without discount.
from 1 week before the dance festival: the complete transfer fee.
If you cancel your participation during the dance festival, you will not receive a refund.

Your participation in the festival, as well as the stay on the premises of the landlord is your own responsibility.
The dance festival is suitable for beginners as well as advanced, it offers among other things the opportunity for self-awareness and at the same time is not to be understood as a replacement for therapy.
We would like to point out that there are additional insurances regarding resignation, liability and illness cases on the market.
Should we due to z. If, for example, illness or too few participants are forced to cancel the dance festival, we will of course fully reimburse the participation fees. We cannot make any further claims.
